There is a lovely log burner in the cosy lounge and an gated and enclosed driveway with parking for up to three cars.

As well as a fully equipped kitchen, you will find a dining table to seat 8 and a handy breakfast bar, perfect for a morning coffee.

Mudskipper also benefits from a separate utility room with sink, washing machine and tumble dryer with a door and direct access to the side of the house.

Sliding doors from the dining area open onto a wonderful, large well planted and enclosed garden which is a haven for relaxation and play. With plenty of seating for alfresco dining and a trampoline to keep the kids entertained, it’s a space for everyone to enjoy. There is the added benefit of an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing down sandy kit (and people!) after a day on the beach.

Accommodation is split over two floors; on the ground floor a king bedroom with addional sofa and TV and separate W/C in the hallway. Upstairs there are two children’s rooms with single bunks, each with a small desk area underneath. Along the hallway there is one double room with garden views and a further king room with sea glimpse, a work station and ensuite shower and W/C.

On the first floor there is also a family bathroom with shower over bath and W/C.

The enclosed driveway to the front of the house bordered by established shrubs, offers ample off-street parking.
