La Flora is a beautiful 5 bedroom, detached house, 2 minutes walk from the stunning beach in Bracklesham Bay.

The house has a stunning, open plan living/kitchen dining area, with bi-fold doors which open the whole house onto the landscaped rear garden. The space features a large dining table to seat 12, a kitchen island with bar stools, large L-shaped sofa with contemporary log burner, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you need for a home away from home. La Flora also has the benefit of air conditioning,  meaning you can keep cool on the hottest of beach days!

The house has a separate utility room, accessible from the garden for you to pile in your water sports kit, wetsuits and sandy beach gear, and a handy shower room next door to rinse off after a day on the water.

On the ground floor you will find four large bedrooms, all with adjacent shower rooms or ensuite. There are 3 king rooms, two with with ensuite shower rooms and one with ensuite bath and walk-in shower room, 1 twin room with ensuite shower room and 1 further twin with adjacent shower room.

Climb the elegant staircase to find a master suite with sea glimpse, featuring king bed, sofa area, desk area for working space. There is an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower and bath.

To the front of the property there is a large driveway which can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. There is a hot tub in the garden available to hire for an additional charge of £200 per stay.

A true coastal retreat, this home offers a rare combination of elegance and proximity to nature and is a wonderful choice for a family or friends getaway. The house is a 2 minute walk to the beach, under 5 minute drive to East Wittering village, 15 minutes from Chichester city centre and 30 minutes from glorious Goodwood.
