To the front of the property on the first floor, wind up the spiral staircase to enter the master bedroom, this huge, vaulted space has a full-length Juliette balcony with sea glimpses and an ensuite shower room. On the ground floor you will find a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom with shower over bath plus another family bathroom with walk in shower and bath.

On the first floor there are two further bedrooms, one double and one double, plus single, both are tucked within the eaves and are accessed by a separate staircase in the center of the house. Please note this bespoke wooden staircase is extremely steep (think the inside of a sailing yacht) and not suitable for elderly, very young guests or those with mobility issues.

La Paz is seconds from Bracklesham Bay beach and perfectly located for seaside adventures, a short stroll away (under 5 mins) you will find a range of wonderful cafes and restaurants and a beach sauna.
