Nutkin Barn is a contemporary scandi style barn with private parking, large garden and entertaining spaces. As you enter the property you will walk through the entrance hallway with a beautiful skylight, guiding the way to the stunning kitchen and open plan dining/living area.

The kitchen is fully equipped with the very best Gaggenau appliances, Nespresso Vertuo pod machine, a large fridge/freezer, boiling water tap and marble clad island. Beyond the kitchen you will find a dining table, sofa area and wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a log burner with seating area, perfect for reading a book by the fire. The ground floor is polished concrete with underfloor heating throughout.

Behind glass crittal doors you will find a cosy snug, with corner sofa and wall mounted TV. The open plan dining/kitchen area features stunning, full length glass sliding doors, opening the whole space onto the garden.

The property features five bedrooms. The ground floor has one twin room with ensuite shower room. The first floor has 1 double room, 1 cabin bed room (bunk with single on top and double below) 1x king room and 1x king room with ensuite shower room. There are also three bathrooms and two toilets split across both floors of the property.

There is also a dedicated study with desk and a large utility room with American open top washer/dryer and additional fridge/freezer. This space also doubles up as a 'dog room' and has an external entrance to the driveway with wet room facilities to wash your dog after a muddy walk through the fields to the sea! Use the stable door to the inside of the house to give your doggie time to dry off before entering the main house.

The superb garden offers a hydro pool (requests only for an additional fee bookable with advanced notice only), perfect for a plunge! (Please note this is a hydro pool and not not a 'hot tub' and the temperature is regulated at 35 degrees.) The garden has festoon lights and a sunken trampoline.

KITCHEN AREA – Open plan kitchen with large kitchen island and marble work surfaces. Large sliding doors to outdoor entertaining area and hydro pool. Fully fitted with American style fridge/freezer, Gagganau appliances to include microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle & cooking equipment. Induction and separate gas hobs.

UTILITY ROOM – Ironing facilities, American top loader washing machine and tumble dryer, sink, dog shower and additional fridge/freezer

OUTSIDE – Large outdoor kitchen with fridge, dining table and chairs plus Green Egg BBQ.

Hydro pool – please note this is available at an additional charge of £200 and needs pre-booking. The cost covers the full drain and reheat between guests. Please note this is NOT a hot tub and is set at 35 degrees.

Beyond the entertaining space is a lawn with sunken trampoline, kids castle and festoon lighting. Large front driveway with plenty of parking for 5 vehicles.
