A delightful beach house just a few seconds walk to Bracklesham Bay beach with a lovely South facing glass balcony where you can relax and glimpse the sea. Perfect for families and friends, Seashells has three bedrooms (1 king ensuite, 1 king and 1 twin) and is dog friendly. When you’re not at the beach, you can enjoy the garden and fire up the BBQ.

This property has a spacious vaulted living/dining/kitchen area, flooding the coastal space with light and the sea breeze. There are French doors to the glass balcony which has rattan seating for you to enjoy the sea glimpse.

Seashells has a fully equipped kitchen with double ovens, dishwasher, induction hob, coffee machine, fridge freezer and breakfast bar to seat 4.

The dining area features dining table to seat 6 and the living space has a comfy sofa, flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi.

Downstairs has a handy utility room with washer/dryer and shower over bath.

Accommodation is split over floors, on the ground floor there is a twin room and a king room with ensuite shower room, W/C and French doors leading to the garden. Upstairs you will find a further king bedroom with adjacent shower room with W/C.

Seashells has a South facing garden with rattan dining set and BBQ. The garden is enclosed so is perfectly safe for children and dogs. Seashells is seconds from the beach which is directly across the road from the house.

The location is fantastic for outdoorsy people who love walking, wind surfing, kitesurfing, surfing and paddle boarding. Located a short stroll from thriving Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering Village with their range of shops, cafes and restaurants waiting to serve you.

Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short cycle or drive away.
