Sunshine is a super place for a family break by the seaside and features a South facing verandah and lawned garden which leads directly onto the beach.

Perfect for families and friends, the house has a large sofa area with TV, a large dining table to seat 8 and a separate snug for the kids. The property features delightful front and rear gardens, the rear garden has garden furniture plus a patio BBQ area and at the end of the lawn you will find a little gate which opens for direct access onto the beach.

The house has four beautiful bedrooms to sleep 9 guests, all furnished with super soft linen and fluffy towels. On the ground floor you will find two king rooms with separate family bathroom with bath and shower, and on the first floor there is a master king with ensuite bath and a bunk room with one bunk bed and one small single, plus further bathroom with bath.

Sunshine has a large driveway with parking for several vehicles.

The house situated directly on the beach front, with private access via the gate at the end of the decked garden. Sunshine is short walk or less than 5 minute drive to local restaurants and shops in thriving East Wittering village. The property is 15 minutes drive from historic Chichester city centre and 25 minutes from glorious Goodwood.
