Escape to The Loft, a perfectly positioned apartment just seconds from Bracklesham Bay beach and directly above famous local coffee shop; GOAT! The apartment 2 bedrooms and a wonderful, open plan living/dining/kitchen with vaulted ceiling and huge window with glimpse of the sea, this is the perfect coastal retreat. Ideal for couples, families, or friends seeking a beachside getaway. This fabulous holiday apartment is dog friendly and has private parking.

The Loft is situated 30 seconds from the beautiful beach in Bracklesham Bay so is the ideal place for a coastal break. Ideal for coffee lovers, the apartment is located directly above the famous 'GOAT' coffee shop - very handy for a morning coffee and croissant!

Enter the apartment and take the stairs to the main living space where you will find a vaulted, open plan living/dining/kitchen area which is bursting with light and contains everything you need for a home away from home. There is a cosy sofa area with flatscreen TV and Wi-Fi, a lovely place to relax and unwind after a day on the coast, a dining table to seat 4 and a spacious kitchen with oven, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee pod machine, washing machine and all cooking equipment. Within the space there is a large feature window where you can glimpse the sea.

Across the landing you will find two bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin, the perfect layout for family and friends. Linen and towels are provided for your stay. The Loft has a spacious bathroom with walk in shower w/c and separate freestanding bath. High chair and cot are available on request. Dogs are welcome. There is a parking space for 1 vehicle.

The Loft is located within easy walking distance of a co-op, local restaurants and local beach sauna - perfect for warming up after a dip in the sea!

Bracklesham Bay is a destination beach for walkers, families and watersports enthusiasts alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. The Bay is a prehistoric coastline, so keep your eyes peeled for fossilized shark's teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction.

Billy’s On The Beach café is an absolute highlight and a ten minute or so walk from The Loft, but get in quick as the popular fresh seafood dishes are quick to sell out! Nearby East Wittering is a thriving local village, with a range of independent traditional shops, trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away.
