This is a stunning beach house situated in a prime location directly on the beach front at West Wittering. The property features direct access to the beach via a private seating area on the sea wall, ideal to watch the sunrise and set. Designed by a Grand Designs architect, the property was built to take full advantage of the sea views. The house provides upside-down living, with the kitchen, dining area and living area upstairs in a double-height open-plan room, with beautiful whitewashed wood cladding, leading to a south/sea-facing balcony.

Twtterings has three bedrooms inside the main property; 1 king ensuite with sea view balcony access on the first floor, 1 double room and 1 bunk room (2 bunk beds sleeping 4 in total) on the ground floor. There are two additional bathrooms on the ground floor, one with bath and one with walk in shower.

The property includes a self-contained studio in the enclosed garden where you will find bedroom 4, which comprises of a twin bedroom, bathroom with shower, plus living area and kitchenette. The house is ideal for families and includes a secure, child-friendly garden, laid to lawn.

The Property is situated on a prestigious West Wittering road and has off-street parking for 4 cars. It's a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants of East Wittering, a 15 minute drive to Chichester and a 30 minute drive to the horse racing and classic car delights of Goodwood.
