Woolamai is a delightful detached home situated in a quiet residential road in the village of East Wittering in West Sussex. The property is just a short (10 minute) walk from the stunning beaches at Bracklesham Bay, East Wittering and from the bustling village of East Wittering with its array of independent shops, cafes and restaurants. With a fresh, coastal style and large back garden, this is the ideal property for a family holiday.

The property features an open plan living/diner with a large dining table. There is a cosy sofa area with flatscreen and a cupboard full of family games. Woolami has a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room with washer and dryer and W/C. The property has three bright, airy bedrooms; a double bedroom, one twin room (can also be made up as a king), and one bunk bed room. The twin/king room has French doors opening onto the rear garden. Each room is complete with soft linen and fluffy towels.

Woolami has a large, modern family bathoom with bath, walk-in shower and W/C.

In the rear garden you will find plenty of furniture to relax in the morning and evening and lovely views of the fields. Woolamai features a private driveway with parking for three vehicles. This property is a bungalow so everything is accessible from one floor.

The property is located a short drive from shops, cafes and restaurants in Bracklesham Bay, and East Wittering Village. West Wittering Village is also a few minutes drive away. It is possible to cycle to the famous West Wittering beach and the lovely harbour village of Itchenor. and Historic Chichester City and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are only a short drive away.
