Hightide features one king and one twin bedroom all furnished with fresh linen and fluffy towels from our local village launderette. The full with living/dining room window slides open to views directly onto the beach at Bracklesham Bay. Hightide features a contemporary bathroom with shower over bath, plus a bright and airy kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and Nespresso coffee pod machine.

Hightide has a lockable beach store so guests are able to leave paddleboards and surfboards after a day on the water. The residential estate has a communal slipway for boats plus outdoor communal shower.

Bracklesham Bay

This is a destination beach for walkers, surfers and families alike. The beach is a mix of sand and stone depending on the state of the tide, a perfect place for buckets and spades. A prehistoric coastline, keep your eyes peeled for fossilised sharks teeth which can be found lying in the sand. You can walk along the beach from Bracklesham Bay to Selsey in the East or towards the villages of East Wittering and West Wittering in the other direction. Billy’s On The Beach café is an absolute highlight and a minute or so walk from our properties but get in quick as the popular fresh seafood dishes are quick to sell out!

East Wittering

Minutes from thriving East Wittering Village with its range of traditional shops and trendy cafes and restaurants. Famous West Wittering beach, historic Chichester and Goodwood motor circuit and racecourse are a short drive away. The property is within easy access to mainline railway stations, ideal for commuters.

Bracklesham Bay and East Wittering is fantastic for those who love walking, wind surfing, surfing and canoeing.
